Some Barkee products include personalised elements, such as custom name tags. Once a personalised item has entered production, changes or cancellations may not be possible unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We accept major credit and debit cards, along with other payment methods shown at checkout.

4. Shipping

We ship UK orders using DHL. Shipping charges and any applicable free shipping thresholds are clearly displayed at checkout.

Estimated dispatch and delivery information will be shown during checkout. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on order volume and location.

5. Returns and Exchanges

• Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, excluding personalised items

• Free size exchanges are available on eligible products

• Customers are responsible for return postage unless an item is faulty or incorrect
